Public involvement throughout the study is critical to successful completion. A proactive approach to public involvement will be undertaken. This will include, but is certainly not limited to, the following:

• The complete and open sharing of information in the form of clear documentation of study findings and recommendations.
• Timely public notice of meetings and hearings.
• Opportunities for early and continuing involvement of interested parties in the planning process.
• Broad public outreach.
• Responsive consideration of public input.
